We may use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, support, and secure our Site and Services.
- Process and fulfill orders, service requests, and transactions.
- Manage customer accounts, billing, installation, support, and service communications.
- Send service-related SMS/MMS communications when you have provided the applicable consent, including account notices, billing notices, installation or order updates, support and customer-care communications, service-status or outage notices, maintenance notices, authentication or verification messages, fraud or security alerts, and other non-promotional service communications.

SMS/MMS Messaging Privacy and Consent
Consent to Receive Messages. Participation in USIPCOM SMS/MMS messaging is voluntary. Providing a mobile telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS/MMS messages. Where consent is required, USIPCOM obtains affirmative consent through an applicable opt-in process, such as a separate unchecked checkbox, signed or electronically accepted consent form, or another clearly disclosed opt-in method. Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving USIPCOM products or services.
Account, Customer Care, Service, and Security Messages. If you opt in to these messages, USIPCOM may send recurring SMS/MMS communications concerning your account, billing, orders, installation, support requests, service status, outages, maintenance, appointments, verification or authentication codes, login or account-security alerts, suspected fraud, and other customer-care, service, or security matters.
Marketing and Promotional Messages. Marketing and promotional SMS/MMS consent is obtained separately from consent for account, customer-care, service, or security messaging. If you separately opt in to marketing or promotional messaging, USIPCOM may send recurring messages about products, services, promotions, special offers, upgrades, new features, surveys, events, and other promotional content. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message Frequency and Charges. Message frequency varies based on account activity, service activity, support needs, security events, and, where separately authorized, marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan and carrier.
Opt-Out. You may revoke SMS/MMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a USIPCOM message. We may send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You may also contact USIPCOM Customer Care to request removal from SMS/MMS messaging. Opting out of SMS/MMS messaging does not cancel your underlying USIPCOM services and does not prevent us from contacting you through other lawful communication channels.
Help. For messaging assistance, reply HELP, call 800-972-5004, or email support@usipcom.com.
Mobile Information and Opt-In Data Will Not Be Shared for Marketing. USIPCOM does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data, or SMS/MMS consent information with third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or other organizations for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS/MMS consent is specific to USIPCOM and is not transferred to another business for that business’s marketing use.
Limited Operational Disclosures. We may disclose mobile information to service providers acting on our behalf only when reasonably necessary to provide, route, deliver, support, secure, or administer USIPCOM Services and messaging. These service providers may use the information only to perform services for USIPCOM and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process.
Priority of SMS/MMS Privacy Protection. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Notice, mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier Disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS/MMS messages. Messaging availability may vary by carrier, device, and service area.
Additional SMS/MMS terms are available in our Terms and Conditions.
Sharing Your Information
Except for the SMS/MMS restrictions stated above, we may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: To vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, communications delivery, data analytics, security, and customer support. These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to perform services for USIPCOM.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory requirement, or other valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, systems, or Services.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our business or assets, subject to applicable law and the SMS/MMS privacy restrictions described in this Privacy Notice.
For clarity, nothing in this “Sharing Your Information” section permits USIPCOM to share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, wireless network, or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
