API v2
v44 comes with a streamlined API that allows you to more quickly and intuitively navigate the NetSapiens System. This comes with new, easy-to-use API documentation. The v44 API still allows for backward compatibility.
Call Park Ringback Ringtones
In the Core Admin UI, ringtones for Call Park ringbacks, using the RngBckQueue token, can now be customized in two new ways (NMS-2548):

Per Queue:
You can now create custom ringtones for ringbacks in specific parks. By navigating to the queue and entering RbAddHdr with a given value, all calls dispatched from that call park will also supply an additional header value in the SIP invite during ringback.

System-Wide:
If you want a system-wide custom ringtone only for Call Park ringbacks, don't set a per queue RbAddHdr. Instead, the system will default to sending the value set in the system parameter, QueRngBckHdr. This value can then be used to set a custom call back ringtone.
Enhanced SNAPmobile Web
SNAPmobile Web (webphone) has been rebuilt, refactored, and redesigned for the v44.0 release. Some key features are as follows:

UI Framework Upgrade:
transitioned from Angular v1 to React; more seamlessly handles components; allows newer images, graphs, & libraries
PWA (Progressive Web App) & Push Notification: native web phone application without the browser; push support when the application is closed

iFrame Support:
dedicated page with side bar navigation & configurable icons

UA Registration Chip:
includes network strength / status

Pin Cards:
web phone cards are now easier to pin (lock) in place. The pin icon is located in the upper right-hand corner of each card. Pinned cards will move to the top row.

Notification of Multiple Instances:
when a duplicate web phone tab is opened, the old tab will now display this warning: "SNAPmobile Web was opened elsewhere". The new tab should take over. The exception is when a call is actively taking place on the old tab. In that case, the old tab will remain active, and the new tab will display a duplicate session warning. Once the new tab is closed, the old tab will auto-refresh and become active. This feature works while using the same browser. It does not work when using an incognito window or different browsers/computers.
Recurring Time Frames
An all-new time frames UI with configuration of recurrence and holidays (including holiday observance) is available in the Portal.
Deepgram Features
Our Deepgram integration now includes Streaming Speech to Text, used in Web Responder V2 and Speech Recognition. Deepgram Sentiment Analysis is now also supported.
Hot Desk Updates
Hot Desk improvements are available, allowing phones to display the current user's extension rather than the base extension.
Portal Redundancy
This new feature allows Portal sessions to fail over to other servers in case of failure, ensuring a seamless user experience.
